Training background and methods: Jack is pretty seasoned so we usually do not do any barrel work between competitions. I like to trail ride or just do some long trotting. I think this keeps him fresher & willing to work.

Accomplishments: Most recently the UBRA Tour Memorial  Day slot race, 1D. Jack has won or placed in many NBHA & UBRA  jackpots, 1 st. and 2nd divisions.

How long have you owned your horse? 5 years

What do you feel is unique about your horse? Jack is such a good all around horse. He is not only a very good barrel horse. He is a wonderful trail horse. He will go anywhere. He is a  great team penning horse & loves to work cattle. He is just so athletic, and handles extremely well.  I don’t think there is much of anything you couldn’t do with him.

What sort of activities do you and your horse participate in? Barrel racing, trail riding, team penning & sorting.

Tell about your horse: Jack is very athletic and a great all around horse. He is so nice to ride and just to be around. He does have a few endearing little habits. When we have finished riding & I remove his bridle, he just can’t wait to rub his head & get his face scratched. He always looks for his treat after a run.
