DATES OF AUCTION JAN 1ST, 2008 OPENS (min bid $255) ENDS FEB 1ST, 2007 MIDNIGHT. Bidders must read agree to the following before bidding. To place a bid, please list your FIRST NAME, LAST NAME and email along with your bid below. Winning bidder will be notified by email (and listed on this site) following the end of auction deadline (midnight) of Feb 1. Payment MUST BE RECEIVED in our office no later than Feb 7th, 2008. If you do not respond to email by Feb 7th, 2008 the bid will go to the last highest bidder. Minimum bid is $255. Payment should be made to JJ Classic 960 Bunyan Ave. Balsam Lake, WI 54810.

Payment arrangements may be made to pay by credit card with 10% surcharge (contact Jessica to arrange this via phone 715-857-6343). Upon verification of funds both buyer and stallion owner will be notified. A live foal guarantee is made to the winning bidder. All breeding arrangements are between the stallion owner and winning bidder. It is YOUR responsibility to contact the stallion owner to make these arrangements. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS. Funds obtained from this auction will be used towards the JJBI purse.

Rules:

• The auction is to be held online begining January 1st, 2008 and will close Friday, February 1st at Midnight. The donor reserve the right to bid on his own behalf.
• A bonus of $500 will be awarded to any foal conceived from the 2008 stallion auction that wins the JJBI average in 2012 or 2013.
• The bidding will begin at not less than $255 (reserve of $250). Bidding will be in $5 increments.
• A live foal guarantee is required with this contract.
• Stallion Owner will be provided with the name, address and phone number of the winning bidder upon conclusion of the stallion auction and receipt of payment. It is up to the Stallion Owner and the buyer to make contact and arrangements.
• Bids will be accepted via email, mail or over the phone.
